Does editing cost credits? How is it different from Optimize?
Preparing an edit does not spend credits or free generations. Submitting a generation uses your free quota or credits, with the cost shown before submission. Optimize is a separate prompt assistant with its own usage rules.
AI edits may change other details. Check the subject and composition after generation.

Daily free quota
Each visitor gets 5 free generations per day (IP + cookie; resets on Beijing time / Asia/Shanghai).
Free generations and credits
5 free image generations per day; 1 credits per generation after the free quota for signed-in users. Resets daily in Asia/Shanghai.
Guest usage is tracked by IP and visitor cookie. Signed-in usage is per account; signing in does not reset today’s usage.
Prompt Agent requires sign-in and has a separate daily free allowance of 5. After that, activation costs 30 credits for 30 days, then 1 credits per call. Availability depends on configuration.

Account gallery files require owner authentication. Only curated public samples appear on this homepage. See the privacy policy for storage and third-party processing.
Checkout is hosted by the payment provider. Credits are confirmed by the verified payment webhook, not the return page.
What if generation fails?
Confirmed failed tasks use the existing quota or credit restoration rules. A browser timeout may still mean the task is running: resume its status before starting again.
